Shadow the Hedgehog is the dark counterpart of Sonic who first appeared in Sonic the Derphog: Eggventure (GET IT!?) as a cameo and another cameo in Sonic The Derphog: The Evilness Of Eggman(?), and a minor role in SMG4: Mario's Magical TV with Dr. Eggman. He claims to be the ultimate life form (similar to Mewtwo from the Pokémon series).

Sonic the Derphog: Eggventure (GET IT!?)[]
Near the end of the episode, Shadow slowly makes his way along the screen from left to right while shouting gibberish at the viewer.
Sonic The Derphog: The Evilness Of Eggman(?)[]
At the beginning of the episode, after Dr. Eggman admits his romantic feelings for Sonic, much to his displeasure, Shadow drives up to them with his motorcycle (from his video game) and claims that Sonic is gay (which is actually correct in the SMG4 world) before immediately driving off. Sonic catches up and Shadow begins to panic, causing him to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a building.

Shadow appears in the television show Eggman & Shadow.
SMG4: THE 5,000,000 SUB SPECIAL[]
He doesn't appear physically, but when absorbed into the internet in the Sonic the Derphog: The Item Brick segment, Eggman reacts in horror to seeing offscreen images of Shadow's dick.
