Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is a minor character in the SMG4 series.
He is one of the main protagonists from the Scooby-Doo franchise created by Joe Ruby and Ken Spears and owned by Warner Bros. Entertainment. He first appeared in Super Challenge 64, fighting Goku in said episode. Ultra Instinct Shaggy is the meme that influenced his appearances in SMG4 episodes. He was summoned by Axol in SMG4: Final Hours. He fought the false Goku and saved Mario and the others.
