Shigeru Miyamoto is one of the current directors of Nintendo and the creator of both Mario and the franchise, and a recurring character in the SMG4 series. He serves as a major antagonist in Season 12 and the overarching antagonist of The Lawsuit Arc until his henchmen were defeated which resulted in him being redeemed.
Appearance[]
In the SMG4 universe, he is usually depicted as a ghost with his face on it. In some episodes though, he appears as a human, with a grey shirt. black pants, and black shoes. In If Mario Ran Nintendo, he wears a white top hat and a tie.
Personality[]
Miyamoto tends to have the personality of a generic businessman as he tends to prevent Nintendo's properties from being used by "imbeciles" who tend to hinder Nintendo's chances of making money. He tends to be obsessed with keeping his creations loyal to Nintendo and to keep them the way he created them to be as this was proven to be true due to his negative reaction to Mario diving into Spaghetti in his underwear and seeing SMG4's "disastrous" success of turning the Mushroom Kingdom he created to make Nintendo money into a giant glitchy mess, though this turns out to be an act at the conclusion of SMG4: War Of The Fat Italians 2022. Miyamoto tends to have a lot of creative ideas when it comes to making Video Games, and this was true due to him getting the idea to create a game of Luigi gardening when he actually saw Luigi gardening.
Miyamoto tends to be strict as he strictly told SMG4 to redesign Bob and Fishy Boopkins so they would no longer be members of the Spike and Garo races in order to prevent people (fans of Nintendo who don't know anything about SMG4) from having Fishy Boopkins and Bob be seen as an actual Garo and Spike.

- Miyamoto as a ghost is likely an homage to a segment in JonTron's Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts review, where he describes what if Super Mario 64 was teased as a platformer but released as a city simulator, which led to Shigeru Miyamoto's ghost segment.
- He is shown to be the boss of Nintendo as well as the leader of the Mario Rangers.
- By some reasons, starting with SMG4: Mario's Big Chungus Hunt he is now human.
- It is unknown how he became a ghost in the SMG4 universe.
- Miyamoto is the fourth arc villain to be redeemed, the first being Waluigi, in the Waluigi Arc, the second being Bob in the Rapper Bob Arc, and the third being Lawyer Kong, in the Lawsuit Arc. However he is the fifth villain to be redeemed when counting Niles and the sixth counting SMG3.
