Silent Guy is a minor villain in older episodes.
History
He first debuts in Super Mario 64 Bloopers: The Visitor (2011), where he comes to the castle and starts killing people. Mario eventually kills him with King Bob-omb.
He is one of the villain that SuperMarioGlitchy3 revives in Super Mario 64 Bloopers: SMG3's plan to destroy SMG4 cause he felt Like it and plants a bomb to get the death ray to destroy SMG4.
