Siren Head is a humanoid towering cryptid with a siren-like head and an urban legend created by the artist Trevor Henderson. He is taller than most characters, even surpassing Saiko.
He first appears as a major character debuted in SMG4: Mario VS Siren Head where, despite the title, he has become friends with Mario.

As his name suggests, Siren Head is a tall, thin humanoid monster with mummified skin and two human-like jaws that resembling siren speakers. He can replicate various noises and music with his siren mouths. He can also replicate the voices of his victims.

- He was originally created by Trevor Henderson, also known as SlimySwampGhost, who is well known for creating various internet cryptids, most notably Siren Head.
- According to Henderson, Siren Head would be left unharmed by an E.M.P, as he is mostly organic.
- He and Slenderman do not get along as shown in SMG4: SSENMODNAR - 3,826,412 SUB SPECIAL.
- Despite his height being 40 feet tall, he is much shorter in SMG4.
- He is the third infamously terrifying monster Mario has inexplicably befriended, after Slenderman and Weegee.
- His rivalry with Slenderman is similar to Woody and Buzz Lightyear's relationship in Toy Story 1.
