The Super DMCA is a legal document created by Lawyer Kong in order to prevent Non-Nintendo characters to be featured with Nintendo owned-characters. It first appeared in SMG4: [NINTENDO HAS CLAIMED THIS VIDEO].
History[]
In SMG4: [NINTENDO HAS CLAIMED THIS VIDEO], Lawyer Kong introduces the Super DMCA to Shigeru Miyamoto and tries to convince him to sign it to prevent Mario and other Nintendo character to become stupid. At the end of the blooper, Miyamoto successfully sign the DMCA and deactivating all Non-Nintendo IP characters.
In SMG4: Goodbye, SMG4, Judge Kirby read the parody contract Mario sent him and realized it contradicted the DMCA Miyamoto signed. This caused the resurrection of all SMG4-owned characters in order to determine the fate of all non-Nintendo IP.
In SMG4: War Of The Fat Italians 2022, the trial of SMG4 vs. Nintendo takes place. Judge Kirby, per SMG4's suggestion, decides to host a War Of The Fat Italians in order to settle the decision between Nintendo characters and SMG4 original character. After the rap battle, Kirby declared that the defendants were not guilty and destroyed the DMCA which freed all Nintendo characters from Lawyer Kong's control.
