The episode starts with Mario defacing a window with permanent marker. Looking for something else to do, he remembers that Luigi hadn't returned his gun and leaves the room to ask Toad where he is. When Toad asked Mario why Luigi has his gun in the first place, he affirms that he has no idea. A flashback reveals that he apparently wanted to use it to kill Toad, explaining a hole in his head. Mario exits the castle to find Luigi in what he at first believed to be a "Gay Trace" only to find that he is simply infatuated with the sight of Daisy. After trying and failing to see why, Mario decides to help Luigi win her affections, claiming to be a lady's man.
Luigi objecting at first, remembering a dating video Mario made of himself which got him banned from posting anything on the internet again, agrees to let him help. Mario then runs over to Daisy to flirt with her. However Mario screws up by calling her fat, causing Daisy to freak out at him, making him crawl back to Luigi who sarcastically congratulates him. Claiming this to be a warm-up, Mario goes back to Daisy telling her she was as pretty as the girl he took a photo of once. He screws this up, too as he pulls out the wrong photo, prompting Daisy to freak out again. Mario crawls back to Luigi, saying it's time for his secret weapon: Saying he loves her, which of course, fails.
Mario, returning without his head, assures Luigi that he doesn't need Daisy and suggests going on a dating site, saying he'll help him with it, despite Luigi's objections. In SMG4's room, Mario starts on Luigi's profile. After typing up several unrealistic personalities, the profile is submitted. Luigi seems skeptical of the plan's success, but, Mario tells him he got over 9000 hypermails. Unfortunately, the first three were too ugly (One of them being Wario) and Luigi decides to give up on it before they come across a video of Bowser announcing that he kidnapped Daisy. Luigi leaves for Bowser's lair to save Daisy with Mario in tow (The latter tagging along so he can go beat up Bowser).
When Luigi arrived at the lair, he demands Daisy's whereabouts. Bowser confirms that he has her tied up behind him. Mario tosses a knife at the rope, cutting Daisy down into the bottomless pit, causing Luigi to jump in after her. Returning to the castle, Luigi finds Daisy dead and blames Mario. Mario assures him there are great people out there. This, unfortunately, makes Luigi cry. However, it turns out that Daisy is alive. Overjoyed, Luigi decides it's finally time to talk to her. He asks Mario to help him find what to say to her. Luigi then goes over to Daisy with a note Mario wrote down for him. This of course goes as well as you might expect it to. Luigi returns to Mario claiming he couldn't read his writing. Mario admits he was drunk when he wrote it. Luigi then demands a better-written version of the note. Mario then says he'll type it for him and give him a "Cool Shirt".
Luigi then returned to Daisy wearing a dress, reading the note. Daisy then freaks out as Mario laughs at him. An annoyed Luigi then flat-out confesses his love to Daisy who rejects him, claiming that while she finds him attractive, she's not in love with anyone. She does, however, give him a kiss. His reaction to it, being recorded by Mario on a camcorder. The episode ends with Luigi going back to the dating site. Having found nobody he likes, Luigi attempts to shut down the computer, but accidentally hits a button that makes him marry one of the candidates, making him explode into a coin.
