Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Spaghetti Law. is the thirty-fourth episode of Season 3 and the one hundred and thirty-third overall to be uploaded by SMG4.
This episode was aired on July 14, 2013.
The episode starts off with Mario and SMG4 in court with the judge banning all spaghetti merchandise from the Mushroom Kingdom, forever. This results in Mario flipping out. The episode then flashbacks to what happened before the episode began. SMG4 and Mario found a flying manor in Rainbow Ride, Mario freaking out while eating spaghetti, burning himself while trying to cook more, and SMG4 trying to take away the spaghetti Mario kept in his overalls. This results in a chase and in the process, SMG4 poisons the spaghetti. After the chase ends, Mario and SMG4 run into the owner of the flying manor and jump out of the window. Meanwhile, at Peach's Castle, the castle inspector is seen inspecting Peach's castle, Mario and SMG4 fall on him, and the castle inspector eats the poisoned spaghetti, thinking Mario and SMG4 are angels, and poisoning himself.
The episode then goes back to court when it just began. Mario tries to reason with the judge, but it's no use. Eventually, the scene cuts to when the judge banned all the spaghetti from the Mushroom Kingdom permanently.
Later at Peach's Castle, Mario is attempting suicide by jumping off the roof. SMG4 tries to reason with Mario, saying suicide is a permanent answer to a temporary problem, only to be ignored and Mario sadly jumps and goes to his unfortunate death. Thankfully, 3 seconds after impacting the ground, Mario respawns. Starman3 and SMG4 try to get Mario to try eating mushrooms but fail. Thankfully, Mario has some spaghetti with him. Unfortunately, the moronic policeman comes in and confiscates the spaghetti, commenting that he is keeping an eye on both Mario and SMG4. The two then try to come up with a plan to take back the spaghetti. Eventually, it comes down to Mario faking himself dying after being hit by one of the trucks hoarding spaghetti, and SMG4 hijacking the truck while the driver is concerned about Mario. After hijacking the truck, SMG4 and Mario head to Peach's castle, only to be in hot pursuit with another cop. Eventually, Mario gets out of the truck, and the cop attempts to finish Mario off in a final faceoff by running him over in a police car, only to fail when Mario moves out of the way, says pingas, and the cop drives off the bridge and into a lake. Then more cops come and Mario and SMG4 are back in the court.
The judge decides to lift the spaghetti ban from the Mushroom Kingdom, overjoying Mario, but sentences Mario and SMG4 to take 2 years of community service as their penalty. This enrages both of them, only for the judge to say he misread it, and that they must actually take 20 years of community service. SMG4 then explodes as Mario goes into a tantrum.
- Mario references the blooper Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Hotel Mario when he says that he didn't burn down the floating house after using the oven.
- When Mario and SMG4 are in court, Mario spontaneously says "Objection!" during the trial, a phrase uttered by Phoenix Wright.
- In reality, courts cannot make laws, which could had been an oversight SMG4 made when making this episode. However, a Supreme Court/High Court can and have the authority to make, amend and repeal laws, under condition that the law is based on the case and constitution. Therefore, the court seen in the episode is in fact the Supreme Court of the Mushroom Kingdom, since this case involves a government official.
- This is Starman3's last appearance as a major character in a regular SMG4 episode that isn't a cameo.
