Two great friends! is a blooper that focuses at the old cast of SuperMarioGlitchy4 bloopers (Mainly FightingMario54321 and Xboxfan997) and is about FM54321 moving into Xboxfan997's house after his landlord goes on mushrooms.

FM is suggested to be either a pedophile or a sexual abuser, as he says that he got fired from being a cop because they found "NAKED PICS IN MY LOCKER". This is evidenced further when he immediately asks X not to tell anyone about it.
The title may be a reference to an earlier SM64 blooper called "Two Evil Friends".
Considering Mario and SMG4 coming to the store to go buy spaghetti, this video would might of taken place before the blooper "0% of Spaghetti". It could also be SMG4 who might had forgotten this store didn't sell spaghetti.
