Super Meat Boy Or Simply Meat Boy is the protagonist of the game of the same name and a minor character in the SMG4 Series.

He appears as one of the many fighters. When Sakurai goes on a rampage, he is seen running away in fright.
SMG4: If Mario Was In... Newgrounds[]
When Mario and SMG4 stumbled in a huge cavern with lava underneath, and SMG4 made Mario throw up Super Meat Boy. As SMG4 asked Meat Boy about the USB, all he could point out is his girlfriend Bandage Girl, in which he made through the course at ease. As Mario tried though, the course was rigged with traps, but he and Meat Boy were able to make it, but Mario was thrown into the lava by Meat Boy for accidentally stepping on Bandage Girl.
SMG4: The Other Universe[]
He is seen talking to Henry Stickmin before being run over by Tedi. They are later seen running in panic when Zero destroys the universe.
