Mario and SMG4 journey through the portal once again into the world of Minecraft. As SMG4 walks through the forest a nudist tells him about The Nether, a dimension parallel to the Overworld. SMG4 and Mario build the portal of obsidian and light it, activating the portal. With Starman3 tagging along, they enter the portal.
They enter The Nether, which looks like Hell. After some exploring, Starman persuades them to turn around and return home. Unfortunately, the local inhabitants start attacking the portal. After Luigi wanders in, SMG4 instinctively fires his rocket launcher at Luigi, killing him and the locals as well as destroying the portal back to the Overworld.
Stranded in The Nether, Steve kills himself to escape. The trio of heroes find the Nether Help Centre. The receptionist will only send them back if they retrieve the sacred Nether Wart from the Nether Castle. Mario and friends follow the signs to the Nether Castle. After making their way through the fiendish guards they find the Nether Wart harvest and take some. The chief of castle security, Creeper Soldier, sics his troops on them. Mario and friends manage to escape the castle with Nether Wart after Starman kills Creeper Soldier.
They deliver the Nether Wart to the Nether Help Centre and the receptionist opens them a portal to the Overworld. The friends jump through only to find they are trapped in a space with Notch waiting for them on a bed. The three heroes start panicking as the episode ends.
