Could be. But what about the 2nd (3rd if you include Tari) new "Tari-related" character at the end of The Mario Concert. There aren't just two Tari's, there could be possible more than 4 of her. That is depending of the number of weeks until Dec. 5th. Everyone thinks that it could be a new arc when a bob arc ALREADY begun! The other Tari's could appear in this new arc and a conflict could happen, or they are siblings, or friends in a sirt of way, or from the FUTURE, or part of a robotics organization. What do YOU think? I mean there could be a rival to Tari but as SMG4 had said befor WOTFI 2018, that he checks on fandom and reads fan theories and decides to make his OWN ending to an arc/episode/blooper and can official confirm whether it's true or not. You could be right, but you can just speculate (predict is what I'm trying to say) of what might happen in a future episode. Who knows? Great Hypothesis tho.
