The Bomber is a terrorist that tried to nuke the White House in "Super Mario 64 Bloopers: President Toad Washington".

History

Super Mario 64 Bloopers: President Toad Washington

He captured SMG4 and Mario because he wanted them to ask Toad to open a safe, and if they didn't an A-bomb would destroy the White House and everybody inside. Eventually, the bomb blew up the White House and everyone inside besides Mario, SMG4, and Toad. It is unknown if he got out in time.
