The Bomber was a one-off antagonist and a terrorist specializing in explosives who tried and succeeded, in bombing the White House, alongside the President and everyone around him, in "SM64 Bloopers: President Toad Washington" for unknown reasons.

SM64 Bloopers: President Toad Washington[]
Mario and SMG4 first spotted the bomber outside the White House in his van full of explosives. SMG4 would later spot him sneaking inside the White House. A security guard then spots him but then the Bomber gives him a present which turns out to be an explosive. He would capture SMG4 and Mario in an underground bunker because he wanted them to ask then-President Toad to open a safe. And if they didn't, an A-bomb would destroy the White House and everybody inside. Eventually, the bomb blew up the White House and everyone inside besides Mario, SMG4, and Toad. It is unknown if the terrorist got out in time.
