The Ink Zuccer 2000 is a machine created by Francis to extract the ink from one special inkling which will power up the Inkweaver to 100%.
History
When Francis wanted to tell Meggy what will he do to her, he reveals that he's going to throw her in the Ink Zuccer 2000 so that he can drain inkling power at 100% of Axol's pen. Later Desty appears captured by Francis's minion, but manage to break out Meggy after knocking the guard out and escape. When they were captured again, Meggy was thrown in the Zuccer, it is unknown if she survived.
