The SuperMarioGlitchy4 wiki welcomes users on contributing positively here. If you would like to be nominated for something, you have to meet the following requirements:
- Having a reputation for being a polite, welcoming, and helpful user. This means welcoming new users in the wiki, showing them around on how to navigate through articles, as well as respecting others’ opinions.
- Be an active user here for at least 6 months. As Rome was not built in one day, roles are not magically granted to you. You have to earn them, and be a dilligent person. That being said, you don’t have to actively edit articles for 6 months straight, as you CAN take days off.
- Have not been blocked for 6 months, as well as having virtually no cases of breaking rules. This means you haven't spammed, vandalized, trolled, flamed, or excessively abused the Wikia Leaderboards in ways.
- Give a detailed explanation of why you want to apply for this certain role. As two-three sentences are mostly insufficient to give a proper reasoning why you deserve it, summarizing what contributions you put in the wiki are encouraged.
- Have at least 3 administrators approve of your explanation.
- You have not been blocked on other wikis for 1 year. Just because you didn't break rules here doesn't mean you can get away doing negative stuff on other sites.
- You have at least 800 Achievement Points.
- Make at least 1,000 useful edits on articles. This includes but not limited to:
- Transcripts
- Character pages
- Galleries
- Cleaning up untidy pages
- Objects
- Locations
- Bloopers
Side notes:
- Begging/Asking multiple administrators on getting certain roles is simply being annoying. Imagine if you were an administrator and someone else keeps begging for roles likewise.
- It's okay to have certain opinions on certain qualities (Such as liking SMG4 as a whole). However, there's a difference between disliking and outright flaming.
