The SMG4 Cosmology Lore is a story saga split into the YouTube, Genesis and Revelations Arc. Here, the origins of the Super Meme Guardians, of which SMG4 and SMG3 belong to, are revealed as well as their history and struggle against the interdimensional eldritch virus known as "SMG0". As such, it also establishes a retroactive myth arc for the entire series from Season 1 to Season 12, revealing the honest and true origin of the show’s general universe. It is the first saga in the series, being succeeded by Puzzlevision in 2023.

Synopsis[]
The most challenging test of all comes for the gang as SMG4 embarks on his most unforgettable and dangerous journey yet to uncover his true origins and the history of his universe. Along the way, he and the gang attend Omnia Academy to learn to control their powers, form unlikely alliances as well as new ones, and battle a mysterious cult, as they uncover shocking revelations about the Super Meme Guardians. But when a powerful sinister force of evil is on the loose, threatening to destroy everything, SMG4 and his friends have to confront their greatest enemies yet to save the universe and the one thing that's keeping it alive.

Prologue[]
SMG4: Mario's Spicy Day 🔥[]
After the cancellation of Dr. SMG3 on MKTV, SMG3 started his studio called Snitch Productions (parallel to Luke Lerdwichagul's real-life company Glitch Productions) and making an insult to his rival's other studio. He invited Mario as his guest star for his production.
After SMG4 watched SMG3's videos on YouTube, he went to stop SMG3 and believed that it was another one of his evil schemes. Afterward, SMG3 revealed that he never had an 'evil plan' after all, and lashed out his hatred of him ever since they went to meme college, where he was pushed over by the latter's popularity. SMG3 finally had enough and declared that he would come back again, now truly evil, as the world really sees him.
The YouTube Remote[]
SMG4: Mario Gets【Ｗｏｋｅ】[]
At YouTube HQ, Susan Wojcicki was watching videos from her meme playlist and accidentally dropped her YouTube Remote due to the autoplay function.
Meanwhile, at Peach's Castle, Mario and Luigi were fishing when the remote fell and reversed the action. Mario started by pressing the buttons and torturing him. Luigi begged Mario to stop, but to no avail. As Mario enjoyed what was happening with the other functions, Mario took the remote and had a lot of fun with it until he accidentally broke the remote stopping time. Fortunately, after he threw the remote down, time was resumed and Susan realized Mario was messing with her remote so she went out to stop Mario.
She and Mario had a big fight until Dr. Kawashima came to his aid and managed to beat Susan but she took the remote back to prevent any more damages. Dr. Kawashima proceeds to return Mario back to 2020 and undo all the damages he did, having a friendly talk with Mario along the way to a white portal.
Getting the Team[]
S̶M̶G̶4̶: I Can't Believe absurdity Not SMG4![]
Meanwhile, SMG3 started to get a team by starting an audition for a play, while being disguised as a Cromulon from Rick and Morty. Eventually, he has found seven of his teammates, Mario, Belle Fontiere, JubJub Boopkins, Rob the Scarecrow, Whimpu, a Luigi Doll, and Melony.
With the team set up, he had several plays that were parodies of the previous SMG4 shows, causing SMG4 to confront SMG3 about it. A fight then ensued between both gangs until Mario called for a truce. Both sides agreed but SMG3 quietly admitted that he would still want to kill SMG4 a little. The two gangs then went on their own ways, at least for now.
The SMG4: Stupid Mario Arcade Incident[]
At the YouTube Headquarters, where Susan Wojcicki is shown watching more YouTube videos, she decides to make the video more interesting by sending Mario to various dimensions that represent classic arcade and video games of the '80s and '90s as her own to punish Mario for what happened two weeks prior. Amidst the dimension hopping, Mario accidentally kills Greg The Alien, which would haunt him for a while.
After much time travels, Susan finally got bored and released Mario, taunting him before leaving. Mario calls her a b***h in retaliation, especially for the death of Greg.
Stealing the Remote for Evil[]
SMG4: Mario VS Youtube and SMG4: The Internet Graveyard[]
At SMG3's castle, the gang is working on a plan to steal the YouTube Remote from the YouTube headquarters. SMG3 had Mario join in with the plan to get that remote by making him remember that during his trip into other games due to Susan, Greg the Alien was murdered by his hands, convincing Mario that taking the remote would help avenge him. They tried to get the remote but failed. Fortunately, Anti-Shroomy appeared with the remote and gave it to SMG3. However, Mario felt betrayed by SMG3 after he discovered that the latter was planning on using the remote to delete SMG4 from existence. Not only did SMG3 summon the Content ID to kidnap and send Mario to the Internet Graveyard but he also sent Luigi to the place as well.
At the Internet Graveyard, the brothers meet Axol, who has been living in this realm for three weeks (which, in the Internet Graveyard's time, is 5 years because of how fast time travels in the Internet Graveyard) and decided to help him get out of this place. The only way to get back home, is to make a dead meme relevant again. Hence, Mario calls SMG4 for help, thus enabling him to revive a dead meme by using Harambe which allows the three to escape the Internet Graveyard.
Once back in SMG4's room, SMG4 asked about how they got there, and Mario told him about the whole events from what happened. Knowing SMG3's evil plans, Mario and SMG4 decided to call the gang to stop SMG3 and the Snitch Productions from deleting SMG4's channel.
SMG3's Triumph; Changing the History[]
SMG4: Deleted[]
Two weeks later, SMG3 and his gang, except for Anti-Shroomy, plans to get rid of all the characters that Mario has ever met since 2011. Using the YouTube Remote as the source of power, it enables one to time travel back to a segment of time, and alter the past, demonstrated by throwing a Teletubby into the video, R64: the Toad, the Fat and the Ugly., and kicking Frankie out of the sight, thus sending Frankie to the Internet Graveyard.
SMG3 assembled everyone to the videos where Mario met his friends, ranging from 2011 to 2018 including the new fan made video for Luigi. As SMG3 headed for Account Loss, he was hit by Fishy Boopkins, who was thrown by Mario, who came with SMG4 and the rest of the gang to attempt to stop him. As SMG4 and the others travelled to their debut episodes, Mario was ordered to remove the YouTube Remote from its power source, but failed relentlessly.
All of the gang did try their best to stop their counterparts from altering the past but failed and thus, sending them to the Internet Graveyard including Susan Wojcicki. With all of them and Susan sent to the graveyard, Mario is left standing, knowing that this is the beginning of the doomsday.
A Last Hope; Taking Down the Snitch[]
SMG4: A Totally Normal S̷͍͖͉̙͚͎̑̃̿͑̆̇̚͠M̸͇͇̦̮̌̿Ğ̴̫̗̖͎͔̳4̶̞͇̰̎̀́̚ Episode[]
With SMG3 and his gang altering their histories, SMG4 and his gang resides in the Internet Graveyard, along with Susan Wojcicki, as SMG3 and his gang's attempts to "delete" SMG4 and his friends only causes their respective debut appearances to became "irrelevant" enough to be sent to the Internet Graveyard. They called Mario and give him a mission to retrieve SMG3's phone that has access to the channel's hacked account in order to re-upload the debut episodes they appeared in, to get out of the Graveyard and get back home.
Back on earth, Mario encounters SMG3, who usurps Peach's Castle and starts to battle him. After getting close enough, Mario jumps and tackles SMG3 to a nearby rooftop. Mario tells him it's over, only for him to notice that the Luigi Doll has the remote, and the doll summons countless Content IDs. SMG3 claims that he has already won as Mario is grabbed and pulled into the vortex.
As the gang awaits their Italian friend at the Starbucks, Mario lands in the center of the room. As they ask if he received SMG3's phone, Mario then stands, and his face is shown to be smiling as he shows the phone in his hand, having managed to pickpocket it as he tackled SMG3. As his friends smile, Susan exclaims its time to return home to stop SMG3 and his gang as SMG4 uses the phone to bring everyone back to real world, thus the final battle has begun.
The Final Battle; The Short Glitch/Snitch War and Meggy's New Voice[]
The Finale: SMG4: War Of The Fat Italians 2020[]
SMG4, Mario, Susan, and the gang return from the Internet Graveyard as SMG3 tries to film another video. Later, as SMG3 is pinned down by Susan, he presses the "Factory Reset" button on the Youtube Remote. This causes the spirit of the remote to possess JubJub Boopkins, ordering SMG4 and SMG3's gangs to compete in a series of challenges.
After the challenges, SMG3 threatens to drop Fishy Boopkins off a building, demanding the Youtube Remote. JubJub Boopkins then coughs out the remote after fighting its influence, leading to a rap battle as SMG3 catches the device. During the rap battle, SMG3's gang is convinced to side with SMG4's gang and turn against SMG3.
At the end of the rap battle, with SMG3 defeated, SMG4 unfreezes Susan so she can send SMG3 to the Internet Graveyard and feel what it is like to live in this horrible place as a punishment for using the remote for evil and for sending her and the SMG4's Gang to the Graveyard. Subsequently, Susan promises to demonetize SMG4's videos a little less often as SMG4's gang and the former members of the SMG3's Gang celebrate their victory and friendship.
Meanwhile, at the Internet Graveyard, SMG3 starts to make a podcast by interviewing an Ugandan Knuckles, only for him to be attacked by it. What happens to SMG3 thereafter is unknown.
Genesis Arc[]
Prologue: SMG3's New Internet Graveyard and the Corrupted Memes[]
SMG4: Perfectly Balanced.[]
Seven months after the events of The YouTube Arc, Mario and SMG4 were attacked by a corrupted Morshu, and taken to the Internet Graveyard where SMG3 gave the place upgrade on social life well in a way. They found him, and he told them about the meme life cycle. He explained the meme appears on Earth when it gets popular on the internet, and gets happy when put to work. And naturally, the meme loses its relevance, dies and gets sent to the Internet Graveyard, where SMG3 looks after them until the meme becomes relevant again. However, a meme must be willing to transcend if they are looked after and happy, otherwise they remain in the realm and become corrupted if they stayed there for too long. SMG3 then sent SMG4 and Mario to deal with Morshu, by telling SMG4 to make him happy. Arriving back at the realm, where Morshu is getting more aggressive, SMG4 managed to make memes out of Morshu, finally making him happy, sending him to the graveyard. After the whole fiasco, SMG4 telephoned SMG3 to notify him, and asked how he took over the realm recently, in which SMG3 simply replied that he learned of the meme life cycle and took control from the meme gods.
The Secret of SMG4[]
SMG4: SMG4's Origins[]
One day, SMG4 became quite curious on how he got to where he is today after Mario asked what his past was and decided to seek help from SMG3. After talking to him, he runs to the Ancient Memes to know the truth and they showed them that they came from USB-shaped spacecrafts called Guardian Pods, SMG3's Guardian Pod was supposed to land in the Internet Graveyard, but a mysterious beam interfered with that plan as he was in 1 and 2s pod, while 4 landed in the mushroom kingdom, thus making the inhabitants to what they are today, and the only ones who can tame them are Mario and SMG4, and when SMG3 landed in the mushroom kingdom the 2 SMGs never saw eye to eye since then.
The 10 Year Anniversary Incident[]
SMG4 Movie: 10 Year Anniversary Special[]
SMG4 wanted to celebrate 10 years of his channel, so he made a party to celebrate and invited friends, memes, and even enemies from the past and present. He even invited SMG3 and memes from the graveyard despite the warnings about the memes' corruption. After the party, SMG3 was about to take home his memes, only to find out that he had been denied access to the Internet Graveyard. The dead memes became corrupted, forcing the gang to fight but the gangs were eventually defeated, and SMG4, FX, X, SMG3 and Mario were abducted to an abandoned cathedral. At the cathedral, SMG4, SMG3 and Mario saw FM and X turned lifeless by extraterrestrial virus named Eldritch Zero, and found other lifeless Mario Recolors on the cathedral floor. Desperate, they managed to escape from the cathedral, but Mario was later captured by Niles. Trying to find any form of communication, SMG4 and SMG3 ventured into the Dark Web valley, later stealing live-stream equipment for any contact.
Meanwhile, the rest of the gang managed to escape the castle with the help of SMG1 and SMG2, who they were trying to get SMG4's attention to warn them about the appearances of Eldritch Zero, an extraterrestrial virus that is dangerous to life and must be contained, and that they had escaped before until Niles followed them. SMG1 and SMG2 proceeded to tell the only way to defeat him by using a Guardian Pod, the USB that both SMG4 and SMG3 used to arrive in the Mushroom Kingdom. SMG4 realized that he threw his away by mistake, so he claimed that he didn't know where it was. SMG3 then suggested that they use his Guardian Pod, which was still stuck in the field it landed in. However, SMG4 and SMG3 were kidnapped again, and SMG2 advised them to keep their avatar safe. Back at the cathedral, Niles began to absorbed Mario's life energy, causing SMG4 and SMG3 to shriek in pain. Fortunately, the gang managed to rescue them, and SMG1 and SMG2, contained Niles once and for all. Niles, being contained, produced a black hole sucking SMG1 and SMG2, and Mario, their avatar, was freed.
After all that they rested on the rooftop of the castle and wondered why Niles was trying to destroy avatars, and if there are other SMGs out there, the Guardian Pod containing Niles had its anti-virus subscription expired, causing a disturbance in the cathedral.
The Search for the Guardian Pods[]
SMG4: Into the Dark Web[]
After SMG4's Breakdown about finding his past.SMG4, Mario, Bob, Axol and Melony travelled to the Dark Web to find SMG4's Guardian Pod, undertaking a dangerous adventure. They later found the pod, discovered a library which has a corridor that lead to a central command. As Mario tampered the controls, it later revealed the story of the Guardian Pods, and how SMG3 was teleported away from his original destination, and found SMG1 and SMG2 Guardian Pod crash landed in Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Meanwhile, Bob strayed away from the crew after being enticed to see Butter Birdo, and unknowingly found SMG3's pod in Zero's cathedral. Unbeknownst to him when he was walking away, Niles emerged from the pod that has his antivirus subscription expired, following Bob behind.
The Brazil Newgrounds Trials[]
SMG4: If Mario Was In... Newgrounds[]
With the location of SMG1's and SMG2's Guardian Pod found, and two tickets won in a frantic golf tournament, Mario and SMG4 flew to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and travelled there to find the Guardian Pod. Passing the Tijuca National Park, they arrive at Corcovado (referred to as Mount Brazil in the episode) and adventured into a hidden cavern within the mountain and did not expect the magic the USB created, with Newgrounds games occupying the cavern.
After much adventures in Newgrounds games, the duo are now tired and on the verge of giving up, that was until they spotted the USB, in a crater barricaded by barriers set up by the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro State. They entered the USB, only to find out that the inside was wrecked due to the fight between Niles and SMG1 and SMG2 before their USB crashed.
The Origins of SMG1 and SMG2[]
SMG4: The Other Universe[]
After entering the USB's wrecked interior, Mario & SMG4 found the console and went through the memories of SMG1 & SMG2.
The memories showed that 1 & 2 also had an avatar, Spudnick, but then Niles appeared and killed him, which marked the end of the universe. SMG2 saved all of the Newgrounds characters, but after that, before they could even go into their USB stick, Niles appeared, but SMG1 activated the anti-virus program from SMG0's USB stick and tried to destroy it, but Niles managed to escape with one arm and followed SMG1 & SMG2 in the new dimension. The dimension is seen when the same man (from SMG4: Into the Dark Web), revealed to be Luke Lerdwichagul himself although his face obscured, shocked when his game was corrupted by the virus, disconnected the USB from the laptop, and downloaded a Super Mario 64 emulator to play a new game.
Immediately afterwards it became clear that Mario is very important to the Mushroom Kingdom, as SMG4 forbade Mario to do anything reckless, because Mario and the universe will be lost forever if he does. Shortly afterwards, the two of them left the USB stick and made their way home. But shortly afterwards, Niles's eye can be seen controlling the USB's system into sending his USB, where his full body is kept, across the deserted world of the Toytoy Kingdom as it was last seen flying out of there.
The meantime of Sunset Paradise events[]
Sunset Paradise[]
While SMG4 & Mario visit the lost past, Meggy was on Port Aurora to stop Benedict's criminal gang. Meggy was the equivalent of about a week on Port Aurora (if you can see it realistically). Meggy was also plagued by Shadow Meggy during her troubled vacation. She was able to defeat the Spud Buds, Whisk & the Funky Fource with the help of Auri Bori. Benedict was finally defeated too, but he self-destructed into explosion believing he could escape. So Meggy finally put the nagging doubts that Shadow Meggy represented to rest, had spent her vacation and returned home where she picked up all the previous events from the Genesis Arc.
SMG4: She's Back![]
Upon returning to the Mushroom Kingdom, catching up with her friends and running screaming from the room when SMG4 when too ham on recapping the current arc, Meggy revealed her new life goal to Mario: to become a sports teacher and asked for his help in qualifying. Mario was reluctant but his friendship with Meggy and overcame his hatred of physical activity.
The Return of Niles[]
SMG4: The Day HE Arrived.[]
SMG0's Guardian Pod enters into the Mushroom Kingdom, where it crash lands into a field. Niles's eye drone then forced Professor E. Gadd at knifepoint to build a cloning machine, which mass-produced Shrek clones. After one of these clones kidnapped Mario, SMG4 and Axol gave chase. The Shrek clone was headed to SMG0's Guardian Pod, and proceeded to use SMG4's body to gain access and open the door. After Professor E. Gadd screamed for help, Niles's eye drone began rushing into the Guardian Pod, before eventually getting crushed by Mario's foot.
However, since the Guardian Pod door was left open, Niles now had an opportunity to wreak havoc. Niles attempted to pull Mario into his Guardian Pod, but quick intervention from SMG4 and Axol prevented him from certain death. SMG4 debated with Mario and Axol about ways to get rid of the USB. However, Axol soon pointed out the Guardian Pod had vanished only for it to go berserk and charge towards Mario with Niles in tow. SMG4 luckily got Mario out of the way, but the same could not be said for Axol, who got trapped with Niles. Niles outstretched his finger and touched Axol on the head and possessed him, causing the axolotl to whiteout and go unconscious.
Back at the castle, Axol was left to recuperate in the infirmary, where Mario called out Melony to find SMG0's USB floating near the castle. As the rest of the gang remain, mouths agape, Axol made a speedy "recovery", and denied the previous events that happened. As he walked back to New Donk City, the camera views his deranged face meaning that not everything is as good as it seems.
An Attempt to Destroy SMG0's USB[]
SMG4: Doomsday but Mario is Okay[]
As SMG0's USB hovers above the castle, SMG4 had the Mushroom Kingdom Armed Forces to get rid of it, with Swagmaster and Chris using a mini-nuclear bomb to destroy it as SMG4 and the gang hid in a doomsday bunker to keep Mario safe from Niles. SMG4 gave the gang the utmost rule to never leave the bunker, as they may be exposed to outside radiation within the castle area. Swagmaster then pressed the detonator, but the bomb did not go off as planned.
As the gang waited for the explosion for so long, there was a total chaos in there. Meanwhile, Melony was looking for Axol, who Boopkins stated that he was in the toilet. As Melony checked in, she found Axol missing. Mario then barged in to urinate, and found binary digits within the toilet bowl, and screamed in terror as it intensified before being sent to Niles's Backroom Maze.
As Swagmaster got rid of Peach, he fixed the detonator and prepared for the explosion. As tensions in the bunker rages on, Tari remembered that they left Luigi behind, who brought board games to play with his friends at the castle unaware about the situation, and got caught up in the impact of the blast and radiation. Still, the USB is too strong to be destroyed.
Trapped in the Backrooms and the Possession of Axol[]
SMG4: Mario and The Backrooms[]
Mario woke up and found himself falling out of the world, and ended up in some backrooms, with no form of contact available. Trying to investigate, Mario stumbled upon a creature and ran. When the creature cornered him, he attacked it by throwing a shoe, and the creature was revealed to be SMG4, who was dragged down the toilet in where he was when the gang was finding Mario in the bunker.
They decided to find an exit, where they both stumbled upon a ? block. Hitting the question block, they found a corrupted Goomba and gave chase to it. As they caught up to it, the Goomba told them to "don't go any further" until disappearing. Stumbling across a door, they found what it appeared to be a birthday party, with the hats of Mario and the SMGs as presents. The room then glitched, spawning the messages "GO BACK", so the duo hurried themselves to the exit, leading to another set of backrooms, where they met SMG3, who too got here in the same scenario as them. Then, a monster showed up, causing them to run and find an elevator that leads to the exit.
The three ended up in the cathedral in the Dark Web, where they saw Axol near SMG3's USB, and he was acting weird, switching personalities. As the real Axol warned SMG4 to escape (and told him he was the one who left the messages in the backrooms), he mutated into Ax0l, the manifestation of Axol and Eldritch Zero, who hurled SMG4 to open SMG3's USB that sucked the SMGs and Mario into it.
The Return of SMG1 and SMG2 and Escaping SMG3's Guardian Pod.[]
SMG4: MARIOS OKAY[]
The trio found themselves inside SMG3's USB, although they had no idea where they were. Trying to find the exit, Niles's eyes were constantly heckling them into madness, until they fell into a reality where the law of space and time does not apply. Fearing the end, it wasn't until a blue cube and a yellow sphere came to life and lead them to the exit.
Finding their way out, SMG3 spotted Morshu. Making their hands hold, he transformed into a spirit that transformed the cube and the sphere into SMG1 and SMG2's head, both survived. SMG2 then explained the purpose of the SMGs, who's job is to protect the life cycle of memes, as memes are the life energy of their universes, and its energy can be redirected by SMGs. To exit, SMG3 and SMG4 hesitantly held their hands together to transmute meme energy to build a bridge that leads them to an exit on a floating island.
Finally free from Niles's mind torture simulation, SMG1 directed SMG3 and SMG4 to transmute the meme energy out of the USB's reactor core, which will be enough energy to escape the USB, since the only entryway is locked. They transmute the energy to Mario to break free from the USB by enlarging him. However, SMG1 had oversighted his calculation, where the unbalance of energy made Mario's enlargement going rogue because SMG3 and SMG4 lacked the training to control their energy.
Still, they were able to escape, but Mario was left floating near the now rebuilt castle. The other USBs are seen floating around the castle, where Ax0l was waiting for them.
The Second Attempt To Seal Away Niles and The Reveal Of His Plan[]
SMG4: The Final Piece[]
Ax0l plans to use all of the USBs' powers to have their power absorbed into Mario, so that way, he would die and the universe would be destroyed. However, his plan ends up getting thwarted by Swag, Chris and Melony, who shoot Ax0l to stop him, dropping the unconscious Mario onto the castle bridge. However, Ax0l doesn't stop. He chases SMG4 and SMG3 throughout the castle as SMG4 hides Mario's unconscious body in a treasure chest. They then try to extract Niles's from Axol's body, but in the process, he grabs hold of Melony's leg, bringing her to Ax0l's brain, where Axol is chained in place, with no way of being freed. Axol gives Melony his notebook, which he uses as a love confession, before he disappears into the void. When Melony wakes up, the manga is in her hands. Unfortunately, Niles repels the extraction, and he gets back on his feet quickly.
Niles chains up everyone and manages to find Mario, and absorbs the power of memes into a giant portal in the sky. Ax0l reveals that he was creating a brand new universe with Mario as his new avatar. Eventually, he touches the invisible crystal barrier encasing Mario and he gets woozy and falls to the ground. This leads to Ax0l becoming more corrupted, growing to a towering height, and having more of Eldritch Zero's body features, thus the final battle to save their universe and everyone in it has begun.
The Final Battle, the Death of Axol and Niles's Defeat (For Now)[]
The Finale: SMG4: War Of The Fat Italians 2021[]
After being tied up, Ax0l grabs SMG1 and SMG2 in his hand to stop them from coming up with a plan to stop him. SMG3 and 4 transform the meme energy that is being gathered and transforms it into solid objects to distract Ax0l. SMG4's Gang get out of the chains and go into the other universe. The gang tries find Mario and must go through multiple portals (or otherwise challenges) to find Mario crystal. After completing the crystal's challenges the gang finds Mario in the force field. Then they briefly see Eldritch Zero's full form. The Mario clone starts to become larger and soon becomes Mari0. Melony enters Ax0l's brain. Despite Melony's protests, Axol says that the only way to destroy Niles and that is to kill him. Melony gives Axol one final kiss before doing his request. With that, Niles has been defeated for now. But what nobody actually noticed was that Melony killing Ax0l split SMG0 and Niles: SMG0 gets sent into the God Box to live in a remnant of his old universe while Niles refuses to give up and latches onto Melony to plan his return and plot his revenge.
A few days later, Melony has partially recovered from Axol's death and is comforted by her friends. SMG1 and SMG2 then reveal that SMG stand for Super Meme Guardian. SMG3 and SMG4 can at least tolerate each other, Axol's iconic manga that is him confessing to Melony is zoomed on before the final scene is the Guardian Pods being removed by Luke, ending this arc for good.

Reflections and Chaos[]
SMG4: Mario has a BBQ but he's not invited[]
To relax after the events of the previous arc SMG4 and the gang had a barbeque (with Mario and Bob locked in the kiddie pen) but not only did Mario escape and lead to chaos, Melony revealed a previously unseen dark side when she lashed out and severed Tari's Meta Runner arm when fruit was served. After SMG4 and Saiko returned and restored order, Melony tearfully apologized to Tari and reflected on how Axol would have loved to be at the barbeque with them, chaos and all.
Fierce Deity Melony's Wrath[]
SMG4: To Become A God[]
After the Whole end of the world fiasco and the unfortunate death of Axol, Melony wanted to become stronger so she could protect the rest of her friends. Her friends helped her with this task along with Meggy (Who had started practicing to be a sports coach) but Meggy's idea of training wasn't producing any results so far. That's when Luigi had an idea of using meditation to tap in to Melony's true self. This worked, however because she was never truly trained to control her deity form, doing so only made her in her deity form go on a destructive rampage against anything that reminded her of Zero. Her friends helped her out of this predicament and Meggy promised that she would get better along with Melony.
Entrance Exams[]
SMG4: Studying for Exams...But you're friends with Mario[]
Meggy, wanting to be a good sports coach, and Melony, wanting to control her deity powers, studied for the entrance exams to go to Omnia Academy. Mario's attempts to help only ended up causing distraction, leading the girls attempting to cram last minute by pulling an all-nighter while fuelled by energy drinks. When the morning of the exam arrived the two of them had a severe caffeine crash, leaving Mario and Luigi to take their place. The Mario Bros. were able to fool the examiners but were stumped by the test itself, neither of them knowing algebra. Luigi used his meditation powers to contact Meggy and Melony spiritually letting them take the exams through them.
Revelations Arc[]
Prologue: Welcome to Omnia Academy[]
SMG4: Mario Goes To College[]
Three months after the events of the Genesis Arc, Meggy and Melony enrolled themselves to Omnia Academy, where they could further their studies in their preferred skills. While exploring the campus, the two girls were surprised to see Luigi, Fishy Boopkins and Bob, who also enrolled. Mario is also enrolled and he joined the Cooking Club, only to be kicked out due to eating all of the ingredients. Meanwhile, the rest of the gang went their separate ways to their clubs.
Meggy enrolled herself in the sports club to further her skills as a sports teacher. Melony joined the power club to strengthen her fighting skills. Bob joined the customer service club to better his management of his hotel (but in reality to better scam more people). Boopkins joined the human resources club to improve human capital while Luigi joined the meditation club. Mario, meanwhile, enrolled himself in the Box Club, where its leader let him join on the condition that he recruit some more members to prevent the club from being shut down.
During lunch time, as the gang talked about their experiences at the clubs, they found Mario advertising the box club. As Meggy hoped that Mario would not disturb them, she spoke too soon as Mario began provoking them into joining the club, interrupting their clubs and going as far as to undo Ganondorf's character development which Boopkins helped him with. As the rest finished their day in college, Meggy asked a slightly despondent Melony how her first day at college was like when suddenly, Mario and the other club members sang a musical number to recruit members with the leader jabbing in their ultimate purpose, (which disturbs everyone including briefly Mario). Not wanting to deal with the club's begging any longer, the gang reluctantly agrees, the episode ending with everyone but Mario looking irritated, sitting in a circle with boxes on their heads.
The Return Of Niles And The Success Of Melony's Fierce Deity Powers[]
Mario Suffers Infinite Detention and Mario's Bus Trip[]
While Dr. Kawashima is going over neck exercises, Melony asks how that method will help her control her power, making the floating head irritated and threatens to put her in detention if she makes him madder. Meanwhile, SMGs 1, 2, and 4 are using Mario to educate people about the meme life cycle, but the demonstration goes terribly wrong and Mario turns into a rocket, dragging SMG4, Meggy, and Melony along with him, smashing directly into Dr. Kawashima. The Power Club teacher is so pissed off that he sentences all four of them to detention.
While Mario is trying to escape detention and SMG4 and Meggy are writing "Swag is best" on the board, a seemingly random bully decided to start messing with her by throwing various objects at her head before throwing a Mario enemy at Swag and pinning the blame on her. After Melony gets knocked down by Swag's retaliation, the bully decides to teach her how to bring out her power properly by concentrating and demonstrates it by freeing Mario from the ceiling. Mario, Melony, SMG4, and Meggy then start running away from Swag. When he gets the upper hand on them, Melony activates her powers to defend them. She then remembers the bully's advice and successfully repels Swag, but then Dr. Kawashima sentences them to janitor duty for life for making a mess.
Later on, when the students are going on a field trip, the bully continues to prank Melony while everyone else is doing their thing. When Melony notices that Bob and Boopkins are holding on for dear life on the outside of the bus, Melony tries to save them and asks for help, but everyone else is too preoccupied, and the bully claimed that he couldn't help "even if he wanted to." He then advises her to use her deity powers, but she failed. When Mario ended up crashing the bus, the students are attacked by bears, prompting the bully to advise Melony to use her power once more and she succeeds, but she goes into overkill mode. Back in the bus, the bully, revealing his name to be Niles, congratulates Melony on protecting her friends and promises to help her control her powers. Little did Melony know that she shouldn't have trusted him and there is more to Niles than meets the eyes.
The God Box...[]
Mario and The God Box[]
Melony is practicing activating her deity mode with Niles while SMG3 comes to Omnia Academy to train his meme abilities with SMG4. SMG1 and SMG2 instruct them to practice basic meme transmution before teaching them to use their powers offensively. Meanwhile, Mario is kidnapping students for the Box Club, who promise him free spaghetti and claim that they would be able to meet the God Box if they got enough sacrifices. When SMG4 and SMG3 overshoot their offensive meme projectile, it almost hits Niles, but Melony quickly activates her deity mode to defend him. As the meme guardians prepare to try again, Boopkins arrives to warn everyone that Mario is kidnapping students.
After Mario brings the students for sacrifices, he finally gets the spaghetti he was promised. The sacrifices turn out to be sufficient and the ritual actually starts working. The SMGs and Melony then arrive and demand what's going on, making the Box Club Leader furious at them for interrupting the God Box ceremony. SMG1 and SMG2 are shocked and then reveal that the God Box is a dangerous artifact that will end them all. The Box Club Leader, believing that it grants unlimited power, is furious at them for speaking of the God Box as such and sics his minions on them. During the fight, Niles arrives and instructs Melony to use her powers. Meanwhile, SMG3 is left under the impression that the God Box grants unlimited power, so when Melony starts beating up the Box Club members, the leader tells SMG3 to help him fight the "heathens," so he threatens Mario's life, hoping that he'll get unlimited power in return. Melony attacks him in retaliation and almost kills him, but restrains herself at the last minute and flies away in shame.
Niles goes to where Melony is and reassures her that SMG3 had what almost happened coming to him and that her "fish boyfriend" would be proud of her. Meanwhile, Mario angrily throws the Box Club Leader down the sacrifice box while reassuring SMG4 that the place where it leads to isn't lethal. Sometime after the leader was attacked by Crash Bandicoot, the Box Club is closed down.
Trapped In The Academy Observatory, The Truth about Niles and The Possession of Melony[]
Absolute Betrayal[]
Early in the morning, Melony starts sleepwalking and ends up at where the Box Club Leader was. Seeing her hold up her sword, the leader realizes that she's their "messiah."
During school hours, everyone is preparing for their final exams. Meggy brought several of her friends to help her train, SMG3 and SMG4 are still trying to control their meme powers, and Melony successfully masters her deity mode. Melony falls asleep shortly after succeeding, which Niles decides is well deserved. He then looks up and decides that "[he] thinks it's time." The Box Club then arrives to abduct their "messiah," forcing the gang to chase after them to save Melony. They chase then down a secret basement in the library, where the Club ambushed them.
When everyone woke up, the SMGs found themselves chained down with their hands forcefully connected to their partners' hands, Melony is sleeping on a table, and the rest of the gang is trapped in a cage. The Box Club Leader then explains that they're giving everyone the opportunity to "ascend" to the God Box. They then proceed to force the SMGs to use their powers to turn the meme members into a spaceship. SMG1 then angrily retorts that they can't simply fly to the God Box because it's in another dimension anyway, but the leader tells him that he already knew that; that's where the "messiah" comes into play.
The leader wakes Melony up, making her very confused on where she is. She then sees Niles in the cage with the gang and asks him what's going on. Everyone's confused on who Niles is and tell Melony that nobody's there. Niles then smirks and walks up to Melony as she suddenly has a realization: Niles was never there to begin with. He wasn't even there to throw the Mario enemies at Swag, Melony was unwittingly doing it herself. And whenever she thought she was talking to Niles, anyone who saw her talking to Niles only saw her talking to nothing. Melony asks Niles who he really is, and he pulls back his bangs to reveal that he has only one eye, which shifts towards the center, and turns red with a familiar 0 as the pupil. Enraged that her new "friend" was actually Eldritch Zero, Melony activates her deity mode and tries to kill him, but he jumps into her body, fully possesses her, and opens a portal to The Great Beyond in the sky. The Niles-possessed Melony then jumps into the spaceship, the Box Club Leader following her, and everyone else can only helplessly watch as they see their friend leave to find the God Box, completely unaware that Niles is involved once more due to them being unable to see Niles. The end of the world is about to begin...
The Final Showdown with Niles and Melony, The Return of SMG0 (Again) and The Deaths of Niles and SMG0 (For Real)[]
The Finale: SMG4 Movie: Revelations[]
With the spaceship, Niles and the Box Club Leader reach the God Box, which is then opened with Melony's Fierce Deity powers, bringing forth the apocalypse upon the SMG4-verse. The Leader accidentally kills himself after throwing himself inside to take the God Box's power, while Niles calls him an idiot and enters the Box in the spaceship. As the Glitchy Gang escape their cage and exit the school, they see said apocalypse, with fire raining down to the universe and destroying Omnia Academy with everyone screaming and running for their lives. With this world in a complete catastrophe, SMG4 has the Glitchy Gang evacuate everyone to the bunker while he, the SMGs, and Mario journey into The Great Beyond in their Guardian Pods to rescue Melony. Traveling to the God Box, it is revealed that the its origins stem from Luke Lerdwichagul's box of broken PC parts. Arriving at the Box, SMG1 and 2 stay behind to close it while SMG4, SMG3, and Mario head inside to find Melony. Inside, they learn that it contains pieces of dead universes, and anti-memes, memes that have become so corrupted they are unable to return to the meme life cycle. After finding her, SMG4 and SMG3, having become addicted to anti-meme power, tries to use it to defeat her, but the explosion nearly kills everyone and they all crash land on a planet home to a blue-skinned cyclops resembling SMG0.
As Melony awakens and tries to fight for control of her body, overcoming a mental version of Ax0l, the cyclops introduces himself as "SMG0", to the shock of everyone. It is then revealed by SMG0 (and to Melony by a computer containing Niles's memories) that he hailed from an old game called "Mage" with his avatar and best friend Fred, having fun and playing games together and with their memes, until said memes became corrupted. Unsure of what to do, SMG0 used his Guardian Pod and travelled to the God Box to find a solution, which it responded by creating Niles. Together, they would create the Internet Graveyard meme life cycle and allow peace to return. However, Niles was flawed for whatever reason, and he demanded answers on how to become "perfect", with the God Box giving him the power to become so. Niles would then kill Fred and doom SMG0's universe, and then forcible merge with SMG0 with further help from the God Box in order to become the evil virus Eldritch Zero. Melony then finds and pushes out Niles as he manages to reach SMG0's home, allowing him to physically manifest and merge with SMG0 to become Eldritch Zero again.
Melony then uses her Deity powers to do battle with Niles as Mario and the SMGs run to the ship to try and flee. With help from Terrence, who stowed away, they manage to get the ship up and running, but Melony is killed when Niles manages to eat her whole. As they flee, SMG1 and SMG2 reveal they have no choice but to blow up the Box, and tells them to escape. However, Zero manages to fling a dead universe at them, completely destroying their ship and leaving them at Niles's mercy. Just as Niles is about to finish them off, Melony, who was given the choice to come back to life or stay dead to be with Axol, bursts out of Eldritch Zero's mouth with complete control over her Deity powers to wreck him and truly avenge Axol's death. To save themselves with being corrupted by anti-memes again, SMG3 is forced to sacrifice Terrence to empower Mario, turning him into the Floating Mario Head. SMG1 and 2's meme bomb then drops into the God Box as Melony critically wounds Eldritch Zero, forcing them to leave, but just as Eldritch Zero is about to drag everyone else down with him, SMG0 manages to reach Niles and convinces him to let them both die, walking into the light to meet Fred again as Eldritch Zero stops moving and is consumed by the flames of the exploding God Box, bringing an end to the biggest threat of the SMG4-verse having found peace after so long and no longer consumed by pain. Mario then rescues SMG1 and SMG2 as the Box explodes, ending the apocalypse just as the Glitchy Gang had finished evacuating everyone, and finally ending the cycle of agony and destruction that it wrought upon the Super Meme Guardians and their worlds for so many years.
At the rebuilt Omina Academy graduation ceremony, Melony gives a speech about growing up, and afterwards, SMG3 and 4 generate a bus to bring everyone home for Spring Break. As the gang boarded on, Melony stared at the sky, with hopes of meeting Axol again before getting on, thus putting an end to the Cosmology saga. In the Great Beyond, Luke wonders how his old box of PC parts caught fire before kicking it aside, due to no longer needing it.
