The Wild Childs were a group formed by Meggy, Saiko, and Tari after the internet apocalypse. The group has only appeared in Mad Mario.
Bob Bobowski also appears to be a member of the group, but he doesn't do much outside of executing people.

Not much is known about them, other that they were formed after SMG3 stole everyone's internet.
