Todd was a minor character in SMG4: The Tari Abnormality, showing up as the fighter for level 2.

History

Todd was the leader of the todds(?), and would summon them by transforming itself into Kevin reacting to Banjo Kazooie in smash.

Todd met its fate as Mario turned himself into a bowling ball and suicide bombed it.
