Please read this important message to all of the users.
First of all, you need to know the definition of a backgrouind color template before you create it. You are not encouraged to create a background color template that does not have a clear definition. Here's where a user decides to create a recurring template.
Please take note, the only user on SMG4 Wiki who should create the template in the wiki admin. Normal users should not decide on their own new background color template because they are something that the whole community needs to decide. Administrators can do this because they have been chosen to be administrators to make decisions and even other administrators can give their views.
