They are Cacodemons with Topper's hat and a yellow bow tie.
History[]
After Luigi tried to use a dark meditation technique to time travel into the future, a Watcher appears and punishes Luigi for manipulating time. They travel to present time and revealed themselves as the Guardians of the Space-Time Continuum. Mario frames Meggy, so the Watchers attack her. Mario decides to call Swagmaster to help them. Swagmaster has the idea to send the Watchers to the One-Eyed Monster World. The idea eventually works and the Watchers forgive them.
