The Wither is an undead boss mob in Minecraft that shoots explosive skulls at the player and mobs. It drops the Nether Star, which can be used to create beacons.

Trivia[]

  • The Wither is officially named Simmons, which is supposed to sound similar to "summon", which is what the player does to create it.
