Worker Drones are autonomous robots created to help their parent company, JCJenson mine exo-planets for resources, which Uzi describes as "being mistreated in the name of "Windex". After the extinction of biological life on Copper 9, the company created the Disassembly Drones, known by the Workers as Murder Drones, and sent them in spaceships to the ruined exo-planet to assure the extinction of all Worker Drones.

Appearance[]

When first created by JCJenson to mine exo-planets prior to Copper 9's explosion, all Worker Drones wore hard hats and orange jackets, with their only eye color being light blue.

Following the core explosion of exo-planet Copper 9, all humans on the planet were wiped out, turning it into a winter-apocalyptic wasteland. Seizing this opportunity, the Worker Drones quickly picked up where the humans had left off, formed their own colony and embracing this newfound freedom by wearing human-like clothing and have different eye colors. Known colors they can have been red, orange, green, blue, aqua, magenta, pink, and white.

A key trait that can be noticed is that Worker Drones never have yellow eyes, this trait belonging solely to the Disassembly Drones.

After banishing herself from the colony, Uzi descends into sociopathy and rants on about how she wants to kill all humans on Earth in retribution for sending the Disassembly Drones to kill them all. While doing so her right eye turns yellow while her left eye turns into a yellow hazard symbol. This may suggest that the yellow eye color represents sociopathy or murderous intent.

According to N, Worker Drones are powered by oil, which the Disassembly Drones must consume to prevent overheating and self-destruction.

Trivia[]

  • According to a fact from Liam Vickers, it is implied that the Drones got their unique and diverse appearances from stealing clothing and hair from dead humans.[1]
  • Originally, worker drones were planned to have no mouths for quicker animation, but the design eventually was changed for style.[2]
  • The Worker Drones appear to have knowledge of therapy, human hormones, feelings of existential dread, and deities. This fits the theory that they are only mimicking human emotions.
  • Worker Drones build their own children; both the parents insert copies of their personality code into the unit and once the baby's personality has been stably fused, they are transferred to an adult drone's body.
