When the cop is telling Bowser whatever the police station is, Bowser found Zelda and asked her if she can help Bowser out of the police station, but Zelda just screamed and ran away.

Eggman captures Zelda (well she is just a pig but Steve thinks that is a girl) and then Mario, Smg4, and Link (As Steve) Save her and... you get the picture.

Trivia

She's scared of big fat turtles like Bowser.
